Order Handling & Dispatch

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within one (1) business day of payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Delivery Method & Timeframes

Most orders are sent using an express shipping service. After dispatch, deliveries usually arrive within 2–3 business days, although timeframes may vary depending on your location and the courier assigned to your order.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • public holidays

  • courier network disruptions

  • peak order periods

We appreciate your patience should any of these situations arise.

Optional Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is available as an optional add-on during checkout. This coverage is designed to protect your order while it is in transit.
 

Shipping Protection covers:

  • parcels confirmed lost by the carrier following investigation

  • items damaged during transit (photo evidence required)

  • confirmed misdelivery where tracking shows delivery to an incorrect address
     

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • incorrect shipping details entered at checkout

  • parcels that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender

  • delivery delays where the parcel remains in transit
     

Where Shipping Protection has been purchased and a claim is approved, Iconic Peptides will arrange a replacement shipment or issue store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates a delivery issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or status update. Include your order number, clear photos (where applicable), and any relevant tracking details to help us investigate promptly.
 

Orders placed without Shipping Protection are not eligible for complimentary reshipment in cases of loss, damage, or misdelivery during transit.
 

The only exception is where the issue is caused by our error (such as an incorrect item sent, packing mistake, or an address error made by us). In these cases, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue.
